Twangfest is not accepting submissions at this time. Thanks for your interest.
Hotel
Rooms may be reserved in your name for the night that your band plays as defined in your contract. Hotel information is posted here.
Stage Plots
We require stage plots from all Twangfest performers. Please fax your Twangfest contact.
Backline
No backline is provided at The Taproom at Schlafly Brewery. We appreciate your understanding on this. We provide a full backline at The Duck Room at Blueberry Hill and at Off Broadway. That includes complete drum kit, bass rig, and guitar amps. You must use the provided drum kit and bass rig. There are no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding on this. Drummers can use their own pedals and snare. You can also use your own guitar amps.

Load In
We ask that you arrive at least two hours prior to your set time. Please check in with the Stage Manager 60 minutes before your set begins. There’s also a freight elevator available for loading in equipment.
Set Length
Set lengths are specified in your Twangfest contract.
Line Up
If you do not know where and when you are playing, the line up is posted here.
Hospitality
There are no meals included or meal buy-outs. Beer, water and soda will be available in the green room. Drink discounts are also available with a wrist band. See the stage manager for a wrist band and the details on drink discounts.
Merchandise
Twangfest will provide a fully staffed merchandise table for bands playing Twangfest. We do NOT take a percentage of sales. All sales go directly to the artist. Because of space limitations, we can not guarantee space for more than three items per band, though we’ll do our best.
Guest List
Unfortunately, Twangfest can not offer a guest list for bands. Since we’re a non-profit festival run completely by volunteers, we rely heavily on our door receipts.
Half-Price Tickets
Any band member playing Twangfest can buy half-price tickets for any other night of the festival. See the Twangfest organizers at the merchandise table for half-price tickets.

Media
Please send cds and promo material to the following media in St. Louis. It would also help if you wrote “Twangfest Performer” and the band or artist name on the package as large as possible. KDHX is a Twangfest sponsor and will play Twangfest artists if they have your cd.
